You’ve booked a transfer with Transfers Driver. These terms cover what you can expect from us, and what we need from you. Two minutes to read. Zero surprises on the day.
Who You’re Booking With
Transfers Driver runs private road transfers from Essaouira, not a call centre, not a booking platform, not someone who subcontracts your ride to whoever’s available that morning. We’ve been doing this since 2010, out of the same city, with the same fleet. Every vehicle is registered for passenger transport under Moroccan law. Every driver is known to us before they take your booking.

What Your Confirmed Price Covers
Does the price include tolls, fuel, and waiting time?
The number we send you in writing is what you pay. That’s it. It includes:
- Fuel
- Motorway tolls
- Airport parking
- Waiting if your flight runs late (airport transfers, see section 4)
- Still water on board
Your driver carries no authority to charge above that figure. None. If he asks for anything extra, message us on WhatsApp straight away, we sort it within 24 hours.
Two situations where a fare adjustment is possible:
- You need a bigger vehicle because your luggage won’t fit, requested by you, in writing, before we set off
- You add something mid-journey, agreed between us in writing before it happens
Booking & Confirmation
When is a booking considered confirmed?
A reservation is binding only when you receive a written confirmation from Transfers Driver, by WhatsApp or email, containing:
- Your name
- Pickup date, time, and location
- Destination
- Confirmed fare
- Driver’s name and direct phone number (sent the evening before travel)
An automated booking receipt alone is not a service confirmation.
Confirmation timing:
- During business hours: within 10 minutes of your request
- Overnight requests: by 8:00 AM the following morning
Flight number is required for all airport transfers. This is what activates live flight tracking, included at no charge on every airport booking.
Flight Delays & Cancellations
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver watches your flight from the minute your booking goes through. He works off actual landing time, not what the schedule says.
He adjusts his airport arrival accordingly. No calls needed from your end
- He’ll be in arrivals with your name board when you come through
- No extra charge, however long the wait runs
What if the airline cancels my flight entirely?
Let us know in writing the moment your airline confirms it. From there, two options, your call:
- Rebook : move to a new date or time, no charge
- Full refund : no conditions, no deductions
What We Commit To
Transfers Driver guarantees, for every confirmed booking:
- A clean, air-conditioned vehicle matching the category you booked
- A bilingual driver (French/English minimum), in professional dress, on time
- A name board at airport arrivals showing your first name
- Your driver’s name and direct number, sent the evening before travel by SMS or WhatsApp
- Passenger and luggage liability insurance, as required under Moroccan transport law
If Transfers Driver cancels a confirmed booking for any reason other than force majeure:
- Full refund within 5 working days
- A replacement solution offered where lead time allows
This clause applies in both directions. We hold ourselves to the same standard we expect of you.
Your Responsibilities
When booking, you agree to provide accurate information:
- Exact pickup address or terminal
- Actual number of passengers
- Luggage volume (this determines vehicle category)
- Flight number for airport transfers
- Child seat requirement (must be requested at booking, not on the day)
Inaccurate information that forces a vehicle change or delays the mission is the client’s responsibility.

Your Personal Data, Morocco Law 09-08
Transfers Driver collects the following data to execute your booking:

Your data stays with us. We don’t sell it, share it, or pass it to anyone outside the booking process.
Under Moroccan Law n°09-08 (18 February 2009), you have the right to access, correct, or object to any personal data we hold on you.

For clients based in the European Union: our data handling meets the international transfer requirements of Article 43 of Law 09-08, aligned with GDPR standards. Your data does not leave our operational systems.
Professional & B2B Partners
Framework agreements signed with professional partners, tour operators, hotels, riads, and corporate clients, take precedence over these general terms where they conflict. In the absence of a signed framework agreement, these terms apply in full.

Does the quoted price include motorway tolls and fuel?
Yes, always. The confirmed fare is the fare you pay. No additions are possible once the booking is in writing.
My Ryanair flight to ESU lands 3 hours late. Will my driver still be there?
Yes. He tracks your actual landing time and adjusts. He will be at arrivals with your name board when you come through.
My airline just cancelled my flight to Essaouira. Can I get a full refund?
Absolutely. Juste send us proof of the cancellation and we refund you in full. No forms, no back and forth, no deductions.
Can the driver ask for more money on arrival?
No. That’s contractually prohibited. If it happens, contact us immediately, we take it seriously.
Is online card payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through [certified provider], with encrypted transactions. Your card data is never stored by Transfers Driver.
What if no driver shows up at the airport?
We guarantee a full refund within 5 working days, and a replacement solution where timing allows. This has not happened in 14 years of operations. We include the clause because you deserve to know your position if it ever did.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Request at booking, not on the day. Confirmed in writing with your reservation.
I’m booking from the UK. Do these terms protect me the same way EU rules would?
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. They are written to meet the standards international travelers expect, fixed price in writing, flight delay coverage with no cap, symmetrical liability, and a named refund process.
