These terms cover what you can expect from us, and what we need from you. Two minutes to read. Zero surprises on the day.<\/span><\/p><h3><b><\/b><b>Who You&#8217;re Booking With<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfers Driver runs private road transfers from Essaouira, not a call centre, not a booking platform, not someone who subcontracts your ride to whoever&#8217;s available that morning. We&#8217;ve been doing this since 2010, out of the same city, with the same fleet. Every vehicle is registered for passenger transport under Moroccan law. Every driver is known to us before they take your booking.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>Registered address<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Essaouira, Morocco<\/span><\/li><li><b>Operating since<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 2016<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All of the above is on public record. We list it because serious operators do.<\/span><\/p><h3><b><\/b><b>What Your Confirmed Price Covers<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Does the price include tolls, fuel, and waiting time?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The number we send you in writing is what you pay. That&#8217;s it. It includes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fuel<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motorway tolls<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Airport parking<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Waiting if your flight runs late (airport transfers, see section 4)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Still water on board<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your driver carries no authority to charge above that figure. None. If he asks for anything extra, message us on WhatsApp straight away, we sort it within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two situations where a fare adjustment is possible:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You need a bigger vehicle because your luggage won&#8217;t fit, requested by you, in writing, before we set off<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You add something mid-journey, agreed between us in writing before it happens<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>Booking &amp; Confirmation<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>When is a booking considered confirmed?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A reservation is binding only when you receive a written confirmation from Transfers Driver, by WhatsApp or email, containing:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your name<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pickup date, time, and location<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destination<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirmed fare<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Driver&#8217;s name and direct phone number (sent the evening before travel)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An automated booking receipt alone is not a service confirmation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirmation timing:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During business hours: within 10 minutes of your request<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overnight requests: by 8:00 AM the following morning<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flight number is required for all airport transfers. This is what activates live flight tracking, included at no charge on every airport booking.<\/span><\/p><h2><b><\/b><b>Flight Delays &amp; Cancellations<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>What happens if my flight is delayed?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your driver watches your flight from the minute your booking goes through. He works off actual landing time, not what the schedule says.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He adjusts his airport arrival accordingly. No calls needed from your end<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He&#8217;ll be in arrivals with your name board when you come through<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No extra charge, however long the wait runs<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>What if the airline cancels my flight entirely?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let us know in writing the moment your airline confirms it. From there, two options, your call:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>Rebook<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : move to a new date or time, no charge<\/span><\/li><li><b>Full refund<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : no conditions, no deductions<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>What We Commit To<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfers Driver guarantees, for every confirmed booking:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A clean, air-conditioned vehicle matching the category you booked<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A bilingual driver (French\/English minimum), in professional dress, on time<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A name board at airport arrivals showing your first name<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your driver&#8217;s name and direct number, sent the evening before travel by SMS or WhatsApp<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passenger and luggage liability insurance, as required under Moroccan transport law<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>If Transfers Driver cancels a confirmed booking<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for any reason other than force majeure:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full refund within 5 working days<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A replacement solution offered where lead time allows<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This clause applies in both directions. We hold ourselves to the same standard we expect of you.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Your Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When booking, you agree to provide accurate information:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exact pickup address or terminal<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual number of passengers<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luggage volume (this determines vehicle category)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flight number for airport transfers<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Child seat requirement (must be requested at booking, not on the day)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inaccurate information that forces a vehicle change or delays the mission is the client&#8217;s responsibility.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>No-show policy<\/b><\/h3><table><tbody><tr><td><p><b>Transfer type<\/b><\/p><\/td><td><p><b>Driver wait time<\/b><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Airport arrivals<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3h from actual landing<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All other pickups<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 minutes from agreed time<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the wait window, your driver will call you before leaving. Here Are the Answers.<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>Does the quoted price include motorway tolls and fuel?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, always. The confirmed fare is the fare you pay. No additions are possible once the booking is in writing.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>My Ryanair flight to ESU lands 3 hours late. Will my driver still be there?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes. He tracks your actual landing time and adjusts. He will be at arrivals with your name board when you come through.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>My airline just cancelled my flight to Essaouira. Can I get a full refund?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Absolutely. Juste send us proof of the cancellation and we refund you in full. Payments are processed through [certified provider], with encrypted transactions. This has not happened in 14 years of operations.
