Your Data
What do we collect and why?
- Name, phone, email, to confirm your booking and assign your driver
- Flight number, for real-time tracking and automatic pickup adjustment
- Payment data, processed by our secure payment provider; we store nothing
What we don’t do: We don’t Sell or share your data, Use it for advertising, Store your payment details.
Moroccan Law No. 09-08 applies. EU residents : access, correction, deletion available on written request to [email]. Cookies are functional only, session and language preference. No behavioural tracking without consent.
Cancellation & Booking Conditions
When is a booking confirmed?
Your booking exists when we confirm it in writing via email or WhatsApp, with your name, date, route and price. A message we haven’t replied to isn’t a reservation.
Cancellation:
+24h before: full refund
Under 24h / no-show: full fare retained
Driver no-show (our fault): full refund within 5 business days or replacement at no cost.
Price : fixed at booking. No airport surprises. Tolls and exceptional waiting (beyond 3 hours from landing) stated upfront when applicable.
Content & Disputes
All content on this site (text, routes, pricing, visuals) belongs to Transfers Driver. Reproduction without written consent violates Moroccan intellectual property law. Moroccan law governs all bookings. Most issues are resolved in 24 hours, contact us directly before anything else.
FAQ
Is Transfers Driver actually licensed by the Moroccan government?
Yes. Ministry of Transport licence No. [À compléter]. Verifiable on the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism’s official registry.
What if the driver uses a personal car? Am I insured?
Never happens. Every vehicle is registered, branded, and covered by professional passenger liability insurance. No exceptions.
Do I get the driver’s name before departure?
Always. Driver’s first name and direct number are in your confirmation, before any payment is finalised.
Can I get a VAT invoice for a business expense?
Yes. Request it at booking. Issued with full legal identification: ICE, RC, company name.
My flight got cancelled. Can I get a refund?
Send us proof from the airline. Full refund, no matter when you cancel. Flight cancellations are treated as force majeure and never your fault.
Is this site run by TRANSFERS DRIVER directly, or a marketing intermediary?
Directly by us. No white-label platform, no aggregator between you and the operator executing your transfer.
What happens to my data after my transfer?
Kept for the minimum legal period under Moroccan law, then deleted. Never sold, never shared.
A WhatsApp booking, is it legally valid?
Yes, if we sent you a written confirmation. No confirmation from our side = no booking.
