Transfers Driver is a registered Moroccan company with a physical address, an official transport licence from the Moroccan Ministry of Transport, a branded fleet and drivers who’ve been on these roads for years. The fleet includes three vehicle types: Mercedes Sprinter (up to 17 passengers), Mercedes Vito (up to 7), and Sedan / 4×4 (1–4 passengers, suited for mountain and off-road routes). Each is insured for commercial passenger transport.
How far in advance should I book?
Most of the year, the day before is fine. June is the exception, the Gnaoua Festival fills everything fast, same goes for August and European school breaks. If your flights are booked, send the request now. You’ll have an answer in under 10 minutes.
My riad is in the medina. How does pickup work?
Your driver meets you at the nearest vehicle-accessible entrance. The exact point, with a photo and your driver’s number, comes through on WhatsApp the evening before. We know the access points for every riad and hotel in the Marrakech medina. That’s 10 years of the same streets.

Can the confirmed price change on the day?
No. What’s confirmed in writing is what you pay. No renegotiation at the car, no luggage fee that wasn’t mentioned, no waiting surcharge if your flight is late. The price holds.
How do I recognise my driver at the airport?
Before you land, you already know who’s coming. We send you the driver’s name, a vehicle photo and the plate number the night before, straight to WhatsApp. Your driver is the one in arrivals with your name on a sign. Number’s in your phone if you need it.
Do you issue proper invoices for business travel?
Yes. VAT-compliant invoice sent by email after each trip. Companies with recurring needs can set up a master agreement with monthly billing.
