TRANSFERS DRIVER is a Moroccan company, licensed by the Ministry of Transport, with a physical address in Essaouira and a fleet that’s been on these roads for fourteen years. Our drivers live here. We know which gate gets you closest to your riad in the medina. We know how long ESU airport actually takes on a Saturday morning in June. We know the road.
That sounds basic. In this market, it isn’t.
Why we exist ?
Book a transfer in Morocco and you’re essentially trusting a stranger with the first and last hours of your trip. For most travelers, that’s fine, until it isn’t. The driver who doesn’t show. The price that doubles at pickup. The WhatsApp number that stops responding after you’ve paid.

Yes. Transfers Driver holds an official transport license issued by the Moroccan Ministry of Transport. We’re registered in Morocco, not overseas, not through a holding company in another country. Our license reference is available to any client or partner who wants to verify it before booking.
We mention this because it matters. A lot of operators in this market work without a license, a fixed address, or any legal accountability. If something goes wrong with an informal operator, your options are limited. With TRANSFERS DRIVER, they aren’t.
Founder’s Note
I founded Transfers Driver in 2016 after watching the same frustration play out repeatedly: travelers who had planned everything — the flight, the hotel, the itinerary, and who arrived to find a renegotiated price, a missing driver, or worse, no one at all. No written confirmation, no identified point of contact, no reliability. A fragmented market where every journey was an improvisation. I created Transfers Driver so that moment would stop existing.
Fifteen years on, we operate across Morocco with a single guiding principle: what we confirm, we deliver. Fixed price, named driver, pickup arranged before departure. No intermediaries, no surprises. A licensed operator that stands behind every journey, for travelers, families, professionals, and partners who have better things to do than manage their own transport.

Will my driver actually be there if my flight is delayed ?
Yes, every booking includes real-time flight monitoring. If your landing is pushed back, your driver is automatically informed and adjusts his arrival time. No extra charge applies for flight delays. You don’t need to call, message or explain anything. It’s handled.
Is the quoted price what I'll actually pay, no last-minute changes ?
The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. No baggage surcharge, no night rate, no renegotiation at pickup. If the confirmed price ever changes without your agreement before the transfer, we want to know immediately.
Can I book the same driver for multiple trips ?
Yes, on request. Regular clients, business travelers, digital nomads, returning visitors, can request a preferred named driver for all their transfers. We accommodate this wherever scheduling allows.
What's the difference between booking with TRANSFERS DRIVER and booking through an aggregator like Viator or GetYourGuide ?
On aggregator platforms, you book a service category, not a specific operator. You may not know who is actually handling your transfer until the day.
